Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress. She became famous during the 1970s and 1980s due to her roles as an actress in television series. Her glamorous appearance was often the focus on these shows. Fairchild was first noticed as Jennifer Pace in Search for Tomorrow in a CBS daytime soap that ran from 1973 until 1977. She made her debut on the premiertime soap opera Dallas in the role of being the very first actor to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama). Fairchild also starred in ABC's short-lived show, a primetime comedy Paper Dolls. Later in 1985-1986, she played the lawyer Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was a stage performer and also appeared as a character in a variety of television shows, such as Murphy Brown. (For which she was a Primetime Emmy Award nominee for Outstanding Comedy Series Guest Actress) Roseanne and Cybill. Fairchild is also an SAG-AFTRA board members. Maggie Lawson first began performing on stage when she was just eight years old. In Los Angeles she moved for her first TV pilot when she was age 15. She was 15 when she relocated to Los Angeles to begin her first TV pilot.
