Laura Linney

Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York, New York U.S.A. She is an American actress who is known for her portrayal of strong but vulnerable character. Linney came from an aristocratic family that loved theatre. Her father named Romulus Linney, was a writer. She earned a degree in Arts Theatre School, Moscow in the year 1986. She then completed an M.F.A. at Juilliard School. New York City 1990. Her first appearance was on Broadway receiving awards for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
